Measures against Covid

We have summarised the most important details below in order to assist you in making your holiday with us as pleasant as possible.

We recommend taking out European travel insurance.
The insurance offers coverage in the event that you, as an insured customer, cannot begin your holiday or you have to cut it short:,
- because you have a high temperature, even if a later test result is negative or you tested positive for COVID-19 without showing any symptoms.
- because you develop COVID-19 symptoms.
- because a close relative or a person living in the same household becomes ill with COVID-19 and your presence is urgently required.
- because a close relative in the common household is sick with COVID-19 and you therefore have to go into quarantine.

    - Cancellation policy: The regulations stipulated by the Austrian hotel contract conditions, (Österreichische Hotelvertragsbedingungen (ÖHVB)) will be applied.
    - In the case of lockdown or other restrictions, (if arrival is not possible due to closed borders, closed hotels, or closing of the valley), there will, of course, be no cancellation charges.

All areas of our hotel are cleaned and disinfected with the tested and certified products or systems. With these modern cleaning concepts implemented according to the latest findings, we can guarantee our guests a pleasant stay in a clean and hygienic ambience.

    - Surfaces such as doorknobs and elevator are disinfected several times a day.
    - Observe a 1 metre distance from other people.
    - Pay attention to restrictions regarding number of people in the elevator.
    - Arrival after 2 p.m. is desired. If you arrive in advance, the car can be parked in the in-house underground car park. If you need ski passes, they can be picked up by one of the arriving people.
    - We ask for your understanding that due to the current situation, people arriving cannot stay in the hotel before 2 p.m.
    - The tablecloths are washable and are disinfected after each guest.
    - The tables are allocated.
    - Two breakfast times are allocated between 07:30 and 10:00.
    - Cruets such as salt, pepper, sugar etc. are disinfected after every guest.
    - Hygiene rules apply as per the regulations.
    - The restrictions regarding number of people in the wellness area must be observed.
    - The steam bath is closed until further notice.
